Workaholic...and Upgrading my PC

Hi there! Im very sorry Im not uploading new deviations and updating my DA page this past few months, I've been busy in my work and I don't have much time to release new updates. I'm still planning to create a new wallpapers and I'll be releasing them maybe at the end of this month (hopefully).

Also, I'm now about to upgrade my old Pentium D to AMD Athlon X2, I know some of you guys more preferred Core 2 Duo but due to limited budget, I have to choose AMD this time because they're much cheaper than Intel and best for gaming too..So, I'll be needing your opinion between these two motherboards available in our location.

Which one do you think of these is the best?:

ASUS M2A-VM or MSI K9N Neo-F V3

The main purpose of the PC will be more on graphics & video editing/rendering - since this is my work now (Adobe PS, Illustrator, After Effects & Premiere).

This will be my Final Specs:

AMD Athlon X2 4800 2.5Ghz Socket AM2
ASUS M2A-VM or MSI K9N Neo-F V3 <<Which one?
1GB DDR2 PC800 X 4 (Total of 4GB RAM)
SAMSUNG 160GB 7200rpm SATA HDD <<System
SAMSUNG 500GB 7200rpm SATA HDD <<Data Storage
INNO 3D 8500GT Video Card

If you have a good suggestions that can surely help me, please dont hesitate..
